Not so long ago, I've somehow find Social-Survival types for people, especially people who are in organizations.

These partition is only my opinion, if u want u can discuss it in the comment section. These types are mostly seen from people around me, so there may be some things that can be irrelevant. Also, please note that normal people, which in this case are not stated below, have no type, for they are too many personality to cover. These only cover people who have special characteristic.

1. Active

These kind of people are the ones who tend to be the leader, or in the most occasion followed by other people even though they're aren't the leader. These people are known for their charisma which make them followed by other.

People who have Active type tend to speak up their thought and idea openly and without hesitation. They tend to take on risk that are shown at them. They constantly bring up new idea and hard-headed, especially when talking about their idea. They also have some innate ability to convince people.

2. Passive

These people are the one who don't have any charisma. They tend to follow everything that other people have decided. Usually, these kind of people are the quiet one. Never object anything and will follow other people. These type of people also, usually, never get used to their surrounding.

3. Adaptive

These are unique kind of people. While, other people(especially normal people) only adapted only on several kind of social life, These people have the ability to adapted to most environment. They can show different personality, depend on the people and place around them. Also, being adaptive mean that they are quick learner type. Mostly able to understand quickly also can predict things quite good.

Their special ability make them have quite many connection on different fields and on different (sometimes even opposite) community. Most of them also tend to have interest at many kind of fields. These make them quite handy, because they usually learn quite a lot skill.

Though they also have some drawback. Because of their nature to be on many fields, many of them prefer risk-free action, and I mean TOTALLY risk-free. They adapting ability make them to see more choices than most people. Thus, they also see more risk and risk-free choices. Also, their likeness to interested in many things make them hard to focus on one thing. This could make some hard time for them.

From those three, the most flexible one is the Adaptive type. Even though most of them like to be risk-free, there are still Adaptive type who can show their idea well and all-out. These kind of people can be a merge between two types. The Active-Adaptive type maybe will be the best people on the world.

My thought about Active-adaptive (because they're really rare) is they are will be the best choice for a leader. Because of their ability to adapt, which mean that they're good at understand thing, plus their power to express idea will be some helluva combination. They will be quickly aware of their situation and will then know exactly what to do and take on the risk.
